[Hello, Luceti! Have another accidental recording over the journal network. This time, you'll hear is two similarly shrill voices arguing over each other. A peek at the camera reveals something leafy and green...]

[The camera then shifts around, only to show a flurry of pixels flickering in place! When that clears, the setting is clearly different (outdoors this time!) and a nine year old's face is peering into the journal.]

So some kid with a stupid name keeps tryin' to poison me, guys. What do I do?

I don't care, I'm not doing something just 'cuz the elf says to - specifically BECAUSE the elf says to. But I think I see how it is. You really want a hug for yourself, don't you?

Oh, really? What's so weird about this? [He says as he bounds forward with outstretched arms.]

[Vanellope gives a little shriek of laughter and starts running away!]

Hey, hey! No hugs til you take a shower in mouthwash or something!!

Oh yeah? I think the snow'll wash it all right off well enough!

[He dives into the snow and rises up moments later like an abombinable snowman to wrap his giant arms around the small creature.]

[There's a startled WOAH at the impressive sight he makes, making her pause a second too long before running off again - he sweeps her up in no time at all.

She lied; hugs are pretty great, 'specially from Ralph. Unless you're being hugged by someone covered in snow; then they're freezing! She shrieks and laughs and struggles kind of half-heartedly.]

There! Presidential hug, on the house! Christmas red version. And only because I said so, not any measly elves! [He says with a squeeze.]

[And still she keeps squirming in his grip, snickering.]

Okay, okay! Just lemme go, Ralph! You're freezing and cold and wet, ya big snowcone!

Hey, if that's the way you want it, you mutant slushie. Away you go! [And he tosses her into the air.]
