[It's bright and early in the morning when Vanellope can be seen in the playground outside the school. First period is Writing and there's homework and she forgot, so she's trying to finish hers before the school bell rings. Clearly this means it's okay to be scribbling it down in the journal - she doesn't have any thing else with her, and she can always tear the page out later on!]



[... Yeah. Anyway, feel free to run into her in the school yard or even respond via voice/written! Just remember, she's gotta make it to first period, so you might not even get replies til lunch or something. ]

[He does not want to know what Felix and Sarge were up to after he disappeared here.]

It's too early for lunch, Chumbo! But anyway, no one wants to see that. That's worse than the kissy, mushy stuff!

Well, I mean... as weird as the subject is, I... guess all the words are in order and everything. You got your dotters dotted, everything's lined right, looks like all your sentences are coded right...

I mean, yeah, I guess it's pretty good for my first essay-thingo, huh? This was a piece of cake!

Don't get too ahead of yourself there, speed racer. Just next time you got one of these things... Run what you're writing about by me, okay? I'm sure I could work out some less nauseating topics for you.

[He could go without half the journal explaining their concepts of baby-making to her.]
